Full Club Membership builds upon all of the benefits included with a Social Wellness Membership by adding complete access to Banner House's tennis program.
Members enjoy access to all racquet-sport amenities, including tennis, pickleball, and padel, as well as lessons, group clinics, leagues, tournaments, and specialty tennis programming and events. In addition to full tennis access, Full Club Members enjoy all of the benefits included with Social Wellness Membership, including access to the Club's dining and hospitality venues, social programming, wellness and recovery spaces, fitness center, spa services, and family-friendly amenities.
Full Club Members are also extended priority nomination privileges, allowing them to nominate up to 10 individuals for preferential membership consideration.
This class of membership is limited to individuals whose legal residence and primary place of business are more than 100 miles from the Clubhouse. Applicants are subject to homestead verification. Non-Resident Full Club members enjoy access to all club amenities, including tennis.
Non-Resident Social Wellness members enjoy access to all club amenities excluding tennis, including fitness, wellness, dining, pool, social programming, and events.
All Non-Resident memberships are reviewed through the Club’s standard application process to ensure alignment with the community and member experience.
Designed exclusively for actively enrolled students ages 21-25, The Honor Roll membership offers a premier social and networking experience tailored for ambitious students looking to expand their connections and enjoy a community-based club atmosphere.
Members gain access to top-tier fitness facilities, upscale dining, and vibrant social spaces, along with curated networking events designed to foster relationships with established professionals, members, and fellow students. As part of this exclusive experience, members will be invited to signature events where they can connect with industry leaders, secure internship opportunities, and build relationships that extend beyond their college years.

All membership initiation fees and dues may increase at any time. Dues and initiation fees are listed before applicable Texas state sales tax. 2.9% processing fee for all transactions paid via credit card.
Social Wellness Memberships
Social Wellness Members enjoy access to the Club’s pickleball and padel facilities, along with dining and hospitality, social programming, wellness, recovery, fitness, spa, reciprocal clubs, and family-friendly amenities. The primary difference between Social Wellness and Full Club Membership is tennis access; all other club amenities and programming are available to both membership categories.
While Full Club Membership provides complete access to all tennis facilities and programming, Social Members may only reserve select outdoor courts on Fridays and Saturdays after 2:00 PM for $15 per hour and participate in select social tennis events, including DJ 105s, Davis Cup, Member-Guest Tournaments, and other approved programming. Social Members may also host private tennis events. Indoor courts, clinics, and leagues remain exclusive to Full Club Members.
Social Wellness Members may nominate up to five individuals for preferential membership consideration. Members also receive priority when upgrading to Full Club Membership, pending availability.
