Social Wellness Members enjoy access to the Club’s pickleball and padelfacilities, along with dining and hospitality, social programming, wellness,recovery, fitness, spa, reciprocal clubs, and family-friendly amenities.Limited tennis access is available.Our most comprehensive membership and ideal for racquet enthusiasts, FullClub Members enjoy access to the complete range of Club amenities—including all tennis, pickleball, and padel facilities, programming, and events. Members also have full access to the Club’s dining and hospitality, social programming, wellness, recovery, fitness, spa, and family-friendly amenities, as well as reciprocal privileges at select racquet and athletic clubs worldwide.
Social Wellness Members may nominate up to five individualsfor preferential membership consideration. Members alsoreceive priority when upgrading to Full Club Membership,pending availability.

Our most robust offering and perfect for tennis enthusiasts, Banner House at T Bar M Full Club Members will be granted privileges to utilize the Club’s full scope of Club benefits, including exclusive access to all tennis and racquet sports, facilities and programming. Full Club Members will also have access to the Club’s dining and hospitality, social programming, wellness, recovery, fitness, spa, and family-friendly amenities.
As a Full Club Member, you will enjoy full access to all of Banner House at T Bar M’s racquet sport amenities, including access to our tennis courts, lessons, and group clinics, plus pickleball and padel. Full Club Members will receive exclusive invitations to tennis and racquet-sport related programming, events and experiences and will enjoy reciprocal membership to select racquet and athletic clubs around the world.
Our Full Club Members are also given priority nomination privileges, offering the ability to nominate 10 individuals for preferential membership consideration.

The Collective is our Corporate Membership, designed exclusively for companies looking to extend Banner House access to their executives and teams.
The Collective is available for companies enrolling three or more team members, with tiered pricing for our Social Wellness Membership and discounts based on participation level.
Collective Members enjoy access to the Club’s dining and hospitality, social programming, wellness, recovery, fitness, spa, and family-friendly amenities, along with pickleball, padel, and limited tennis access.
Members may upgrade to Full Club Membership at any time, pending availability, with priority consideration.

INQUIRENon-Resident Memberships
This class of membership is limited to a person whose legal residence and place of business are more than 100 miles from the club house. Non-resident members shall be entitled to use all the facilities of the club. Applicants subject to homestead verification.
Non-Resident Members are also given priority nomination privileges, offering the ability to nominate 3 individuals for preferential membership consideration.
The Honor Roll Membership
Designed exclusively for actively enrolled students ages 21-25, The Honor Roll membership offers a premier social and networking experience tailored for ambitious students looking to expand their connections and enjoy a community-based club atmosphere.
Members gain access to top-tier fitness facilities, upscale dining, and vibrant social spaces, along with curated networking events designed to foster relationships with established professionals, members, and fellow students. As part of this exclusive experience, members will be invited to signature events where they can connect with industry leaders, secure internship opportunities, and build relationships that extend beyond their college years. The Honor Roll is more than just a membership—it's a gateway to personal and professional growth in an energetic, social setting.
All membership initiation fees and dues may increase at any time. Dues and initiation fees are listed before applicable Texas state sales tax. 2.9% processing fee for all transactions paid via credit card.
